- Pastor Mike Maxwell
Mike has been blessed to be a pastor for over 10 years. He has served in Kentucky, Lynchburg, Northern Virginia and now at New Life in Midlothian. Mike grew up right here in Brighton Green, graduated from Monacan and went on to JMU where he met his incredible wife Maria. After graduating from Asbury Theological Seminary in Kentucky, they moved back to Virginia. Mike enjoys watching or playing any sport he can get his hands on, home projects, spy movies and reading, but his favorite hobby is playing with his two children Benjamin and Zoƫ!

- Music Worship Leader Dave Allam
Dave is a musician for God and excited that eternity will be continuous dancing, singing, and praising of our God. Dave grew up in the far west end of Henrico and graduated from Mills Godwin HS. Later, he attended VCU and studied Music Education where he met his wife Jessica (also a music major). After graduating, Dave found himself in a number of different positions such as teaching high school band, working for an investment education company and later owning his own investment firm. Nothing seemed to fulfill the overwhelming call to serve the Lord which has brought him to this wonderful body of believers at New Life. Dave, Jessica, and their children (Riley & Isaac) are excited to see what God has in-store for the future.

- Preschool Director Tracy Cooper
Tracy has been blessed to be the Director of New Life Preschool since the Fall of 2004. A native Floridian, she grew up in Palm Beach Gardens and graduated with a Bachelor's Degree in Mass Communications from the University of South Florida in Tampa. Tracy and her husband Kurt met at their church in Florida and have been blessed with 4 children - Michael, Ross, Scott and Melanie. She enjoys family night dinners which usually result in a lot of laughter around the table.

- Connections Director Lori Epps
Lori Epps has been in full-time Youth Ministries since 1995. She has served at several Midlothian area United Methodist Churches. Lori moved into the Connections Director position at New Life UMC in the Fall of 2011, when our church was making a shift to focus on our core goals of Worship, Grow, Serve, Share, Give. As Connections Director, she oversees Missions and Evangelism for all ages. Lori grew up here in Chesterfield where she graduated from the "old" Manchester High School. She double majored in Religious Studies and Sociology while at Virginia Wesleyan, a United Methodist College located in the Norfolk/Virginia Beach area. She married her high school sweetheart, Brent, in September of 1995. They have two beautiful and talented girls, Hannah Faith and Hailey Joy. Lori enjoys tennis, scrapbooking, and watching anything on HGTV.
