Help us spread the Gospel to children around the world with Operation Christmas Child. This organization uses the joy of getting a gift to help connect with families and teach them about God's love and His word. Join us on October 6th as you hear first hand how this program impacted our new friends in Costa Rica. Click on the link below to lean how to pack the box and what not to include (Please note you do not have to pay the $9 for labels. That is only if you choose to track your box). Return all boxes on October 6 at either the 9am or 10:45 service.

New Life will be manning the food pantry/container at Clover Hill High School and facilitating the food distribution; need 6 volunteers.

Time- 9:40am till 12:15pm, Location Clover Hill High School Parking lot, 13301 Kelly Green Ln, Midlothian, 23112

This team will be providing brunch for approximately 30 men at the Home Again shelter. Volunteers will be contacted by Rhonda Caffaza to coordinate food, review set up details followed by serving and talking with the men; need 10 volunteers.

Time - 9:30am, Location 11 West Grace Street

This team will be making fleece blankets and inspirational cards to be put in “to go bags” for foster children as they are transitioned out of their homes in the RVA area; need 15 volunteers.

Time - 9am Location TBA

This team will be shopping at Walmart to create welcome home kits for new homeowners transitioning into their new apartments. These teams will then drive down to deliver these kits to CARITAS; need 15 volunteers.

Time - 9am Location Outside The Walmart, 900 Walmart Way, Midlothian, 23113

We will have two teams that will be doing light construction work and/or yard work at two different homes that are in need of repairs and/or clean up. These projects are through our partnership with the Center for Aging; need 10 volunteers for each site (total of 20 volunteers).

Time- 8:30am till Noon, Locations TBA

This team will be restoring a greenhouse and cleaning up around the area; need 10 volunteers.
