A tithe (which means “tenth”) is a Biblical principle defined as the first 10% of a person’s income that is to be given back to the local church. This idea can seem overwhelming to a lot of people. But no matter how much or how little you make, tithing is about training our heart to trust God.  Generosity is a big step in obedience.  It is an outward expression of our thanks to God.
