Our goal of $5,000 will help The Boys & Girls Club Of Metro Richmond with:

• Tutoring – Most of our youth have been in a virtual learning environment for over a year now and the challenges that they face as a result are many. We can provide 16 youth with 1:1 tutoring for 12 weeks with your support.

• Tuition Assistance – We now have a full-time Alumni Coordinator to support members after high school. The pandemic has challenged many of our families financially and made it difficult for many of our members to stay in the two- or four-year college that they are attending. Tuition assistance will enable us to help these young people to continue their education without disruption.

• Food, Rent & Utilities – The families of our youth often face financial fragilities, and this has been magnified as COVID-19 has resulted in the loss of income and/or jobs. Often relatively small amounts of support keep our families stable. Over the past year, we have distributed over $125,000 to 168 families (over 600 individuals) for basic necessities.
