Invest in the lives of a small group of up to 10 children to encourage authentic faith. Small Group Leaders follow the curriculum provided by Orange to reinforce the lessons that are being introduced in a Large Group setting. Small Group Leaders provide a safe environment to foster spiritual conversations centered around a monthly Life Application and have an authentic faith.
Time Commitment: Approximately 1.75 hours a week as you review lessons weekly. We ask that you lead 4 Sundays a month on a quarterly basis.
POWERHOUSE NURSERY VOLUNTEER

Love on our littlest Powerhouse kids by playing with them, reading stories, and teaching a short Bible lesson each week. All materials are provided. Ensure each child’s diaper is changed before parents pick up and potty-training children have ‘tried’ at least once. Ensure all cups and bags are labeled. Oversee the check-out process. Clean and straighten up the room after the children leave.
Time Commitment: Review lesson before Sunday. Arrive 15 minutes before service and stay until all children are picked up. Volunteer once every 4-6 weeks.

YOUTH SMALL GROUP LEADER

Invest in the lives of youth as you help them navigate their faith journey through the teen years. Let youth know they are loved by someone who loves God. All materials are provided to leaders so that they are able to provide a rich, fun and Christ-focused Sunday evening experience for youth 7th through 12th grade.
Time Commitment: Review lessons weekly so you are prepared for Sunday evenings and then facilitate discussions on Sunday evenings. Approximately 2.75 hours a week as often as you can but at least on a quarterly basis..

TECH SAVVY VOLUNTEER

Technology is great when it is working but it clogs ministry when it isn’t. Help on Sunday mornings and on an occasional basis, midweek to help problem solve issues. New Life is primarily a Mac family but knowledge of Chromebook and Windows is also important.
Time Commitment: Once a month and occasional weekday assistance.

COFFEE MINISTRY

Providing hospitality to our church family and guests through piping hot coffee. Arrive early on Sunday mornings to set up supplies, make coffee, and clean up supplies at the end of the last service. You will also ensure that coffee stays full between services. Let coffee ministry team leader know when supplies run low.

GUSHERS

Our Gushers help provide a positive experience by helping folks feel at ease in church. They do this by providing excellent interactions with all that come to visit and by offering assistance or removing obstacles for our guests. Gushers, make sure that everyone is welcomed at church.
