Wow! What a beautiful country filled with such colorful flowers and animals! After a delicious breakfast, our team headed out for a river boat tour. We saw alligators, iguanas, sloths, bats, frogs, birds, and a snake! God certainly created some amazing creatures here in Costa Rica. After we returned from the river tour, we had the opportunity to attend service at the church we will be working at. The sermon was in English and Spanish. The congregation was so welcoming. We got a brief tour of the work we will begin in the morning. Our task will be to lay concrete on a second level of the parsonage. This addition will serve as Sunday School rooms when completed. This will be hard work but with God’s strength, our team is up for the challenge!
